Pet Policy

This community accepts up to two (2) pets per apartment with combined weight of 40lbs. A $300 pet deposit and a $35 month pet rent is required. All pets must be over one (1) year in age. Due to safety concerns breed restrictions do apply: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf Hybrids or mixed breeds with these bloodlines will not be allowed. Exotic and farm animals are not permitted; exotic pets include but are not limited to snakes, gerbils, ferrets, reptiles, etc. Some light paper work will be required. Pets Upon Approval.
